Can join?

All people who agree with the political alignment can be part of the organization.
Individuals participate in "Último Recurso" as individuals and not on behalf of another organization.
After having participated in two meetings, a person can - if desired - join the internal communication lists.
In addition to taking an active role in working groups, tasks or campaigns, being part of "Último Recurso" means at the very least regularly attending our weekly meetings.

How can I get

More involved?

  • Keeping in mind the organizational structure on the basis of horizontality, within “Último Recurso” we do not have bosses, superiors or supervisors of one’s involvement. People choose their participation and involvement.
  • However, this horizontality results in us not having a “volunteer management” structure in place to guide new people into roles. So we urge you to take the initiative to find out what interests you most and how you can help the organization.
1. In meetings we define the overall strategy and needs for processes, media, training, and international contacts.
2. This strategy is translated into actions and events, in which you can participate in a more punctual way.
3. The campaigns involve other organizations. If you have a thematic preference, you can join the campaigns.
4. We have the Departments where a person who is outside the "Último Recurso" can help.
